This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to the center and next to the beautiful lake. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms on the second floor have superior views of the castle, thanks to the high windows.
All was perfectly fine, nothing to improve.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food, with fresh fruits and pastries that tasted good. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even decorating the common areas with xmas decorations that made it feel homey. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants that had xmas sales and lights display.
The room was not cozy, with a loud heater that turned on and off all night long, making it difficult to sleep. The shower had poor water pressure and ran cold after a few minutes.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are like apartments, with high ceilings and spacious layouts. I loved the attention to detail, especially the blackout curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, close to both the city center and the picturesque Olavinlinna castle. And the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right. But the highlight for me were the rooms with their superior view of the castle, thanks to the high windows on the second floor.
Nothing was lacking.

Amazing location close to the lake and city center, away from the busy area. the rooms have high ceilings and offer a clean and comfortable environment. Staff is friendly and helpful, with access to a fridge, oven, and even a kettle. Guests can enjoy a good shower and a nice view from the room.
The lack of proper air conditioning or fans makes it difficult to keep cool in the warmer months.

I loved the central location of this hotel as it was close to the city center and yet away from the hustle and bustle of the busy harbour area. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel had great facilities, including a fridge, oven and even a kitchenette in the superior room. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the high ceilings added an extra touch to the spaciousness of the room.
Nothing for me.

Really enjoyed my city trip and stay in this cozy hotel. Loved the location, just a short and lovely walk away from the castle and downtown. the building itself has a particular charm and it's well maintained. the big, warm room is exactly what I was hoping for. the breakfast was generous and delicious.
